The Georgia Bulldogs will be heavy favorites when they host the Tennessee Volunteers Saturday afternoon at Sanford Stadium. The Dawgs opened as 14-point favorites, and while the betting has trended toward Tennessee, the line hasn't moved much.
Georgia is a 13- or 13½-point favorite in most sportsbooks. Oddsmakers are obviously impressed with the Bulldogs' recent 48-3 win over Vanderbilt. And while Tennessee has a high-flying offense, Vegas doesn't seem to believe in the Vols' defense.
Georgia enters the game with a 4-0 record and No. 5 ranking. The Bulldogs have scored 41 or more points in each game this season and haven't faced much of a challenge. Missouri's 21-point loss in Week 2 is the closest anyone has come to beating the Bulldogs.
Tennessee is 3-1 and coming off a 47-26 win over Akron. The Volunteers lost their SEC opener, 37-20, to Florida in Neyland Stadium.
