College Basketball Rankings: Lady Bulldogs No. 11 in coaches poll

The Georgia Lady Bulldogs are ranked No. 11 in the preseason women's basketball coaches poll. What other ranked teams are on their schedule this season?

The Georgia Lady Bulldogs open the 2012-13 women's basketball season as the No. 11 ranked team in the preseason USA Today Sports/ESPN coaches poll, released by the Women's Basketball Coaches Association on Tuesday. The Bulldogs received 409 points from 31 coaches that voted. The Lady Bulldogs finished two points behind the Delaware Blue Hens, who ranks at No. 10 with 411 points.

Five other teams on the Lady Bulldogs' schedule were ranked in the top 25, including the No. 7 Kentucky Wildcats, No. 12 Texas A&M Aggies, No. 16 Tennessee Volunteers, No. 17 Vanderbilt Commodores and No. 20 Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets. Four other teams on the Lady Bulldogs' schedule also received votes, the South Carolina Gamecocks, Rutgers Scarlet Knights, LSU Tigers and Arkansas Razorbacks.

The Lady Bulldogs will open the 2012-13 season a week from Sunday when they host the Rutgers Scarlet Knights at Stegeman Coliseum with the opening tip off scheduled for 2 p.m.
