The No. 7 Georgia Lady Bulldogs cruised to a 93-42 victory over the Lipscomb Lady Bison, and after the game head coach Andy Landers said there was a "number of things that happened that made us smile today."
Four Lady Bulldogs scored in double-digits with Jasmine James and Tiaria Griffin leading the way with 18 points each.
"J.J. was good defensively, offensively, everything," Landers said, praising James. "She was good on the pass, the bounce and the shot. She put pressure on the ball and created turnovers and got runouts."
It was the first game for Georgia since Dec. 4, and with the victory, the Lady Bulldogs improved to 11-0 on the season.
"I think this team knows that if we continue to work together that we can be special," Landers said. "I don't think they know how special, nor do I. That is not important. The important piece is what we can correct now and how we can get better in practice."
