The Florida Gators opened as 3 1/2-point favorites for Saturday's game against the Georgia Bulldogs, according to oddsmakers on OddsShark.com.

No. 3 Florida is 7-0 this season and 6-0 in the SEC. The Gators are coming off a decisive 44-11 victory over No. 9 South Carolina on Saturday.

After their loss to South Carolina three weeks ago, the No. 12 Bulldogs rebounded with a 29-24 win over Kentucky on Saturday. The Wildcats entered the game as 27-point underdogs but gave Georgia a challenge throughout the game.

Georgia (6-1) enters Saturday's game averaging almost 10 points per game more than Florida, but the Gators have allowed 12 fewer points per game than the Bulldogs.

The Gators are averaging 212 rushing yards per game. That's been an area of weakness of Georgia's defense as it has allowed 167 yards per game on average.

Georgia quarterback Aaron Murray is coming off one of his best games of the year. Murray was 30-of-38 for 427 yards and four touchdowns.
