Following their 35-7 loss to the South Carolina Gamecocks this Saturday, the Georgia Bulldogs dropped eight spots to No. 13 in the latest edition of the SB Nation BlogPoll.

Even with the loss, the Bulldogs were ranked as high as sixth on one ballot, but the Bulldogs were also ranked as low as 22nd and 23rd on separate ballots.

The Alabama Crimson Tide continue their reign at the top of the overall BlogPoll, averaging more than 24 points per ballot this week. The Oregon Ducks remained in second place, with the Gamecocks, West Virginia Mountaineers and Florida Gators rounding out the Top 5.

While the Crimson Tide still have a commanding lead over the rest of the field, six other teams received 27 first-place votes, including nine for Florida and seven for South Carolina. Oregon, West Virginia, Kansas State and Notre Dame also received at least one first-place vote this week.
