NCAA Football Rankings, Week 12: Georgia ranked 5th

Georgia held on to their position in the Week 12 AP Poll after a convincing win over Auburn.

Georgia is in sole possession of fifth place in the Week 12 AP Poll after a 38-0 win over Auburn on Saturday. The Bulldogs were tied for fifth with Ohio State in last week's poll, but have passed the Buckeyes this week.

Alabama dropped from first to fourth after a 29-24 loss at home to Texas A&M on Saturday. The Aggies jumped six spots from 15th to ninth with the win.

Oregon is ranked first in the AP Poll, followed by undefeated Kansas State and Notre Dame. Alabama is the highest-ranked one-loss team at No. 4.
