If the Georgia Bulldogs are unable to claim a spot in the BCS title game with a victory in the SEC Championship Game over the Alabama Crimson Tide next weekend, the Bulldogs can expect to land in the Capital One Bowl.

That's at least according to SB Nation's Jason Kirk and the site's latest slate of bowl projections for all 35 games of bowl season. The Bulldogs are projected to take on the Michigan Wolverines in the highly regarded New Year's Day bowl.

Georgia Tech, despite a berth in the ACC Championship Game, where they will take on the Florida State Seminoles, is on the outside of bowl season looking in if they are unable to win the ACC title game and the Orange Bowl bid that comes along with the conference title, according to the projections.

If the Bulldogs are able to win on Saturday against the Crimson Tide, Georgia would likely be headed to the BCS title game, but the projections favor Alabama in the SEC title game.
