Alec and Zander Ogletree made their parents proud as they made big plays for Georgia, helping secure a 37-10 win over Ole Miss on Saturday.
Alec Ogletree had 11 tackles, an interception, a sack and a tackle for a safety at the linebacker position, while Zander started at fullback for the first time this season and scored a touchdown on his only carry. Zander also caught two passes for 12 yards.
Georgia head coach Mark Richt told Chip Towers of the Atlanta Journal-Constitution that "it was good to see Alec and Alexander make big plays for Georgia in a very big game. I’m sure their mom and dad are proud of that."
Alec Ogletree has 51 tackles, one sack and one interception in five games for the Bulldogs this season, while Zander's only carry came against Ole Miss on Saturday.
At 8-1 overall and 6-1 in the SEC, Georgia is one win away from clinching an SEC Championship game berth.
