Georgia fullback Merritt Hall returned to practice on a limited basis Tuesday and may be available for the Bulldogs on Saturday night when they travel to face the Auburn Tigers.
The redshirt freshman was injured on the first play of Georgia's 17-9 win over the Florida Gators on Oct. 27 and was unable to play in a 37-10 win over Ole Miss the following week. Starting in his place has been junior Alexander Ogletree, who is expected to stay in that starting role on Saturday against Auburn.
Against the Ole Miss Rebels, Ogletree's only carry of the game went eight yards for a touchdown, and he also contributed two receptions in each of the last two games for the Bulldogs. Prior to the injury to Hall, Ogletree had not recorded any stats during the 2012 season.
Hall has contributed two carries for 10 yards and one reception for nine yards this season.
