2012 Georgia State Football Recruiting: LB Jaggar Buggs Claims Offer

According to his coach Tommy Parks, Harris County middle linebacker Jaggar Buggs has been offered a scholarship by Georgia State football.

Buggs has blossomed into a prospect in the last few months according to Parks:

"The kid has grown right before our eyes.  Last season he played at 200 pounds. Now he’s 6-2 and 230 pounds and is a good looking middle linebacker. I mean he came out of now where. He’s so aggressive, runs well and loves contact. He’s still growing and has a lot of upside."

Buggs has good vision and is very quick to the ball.  The added weight will certainly add to more explosive plays and he could hold an additional 10-15lbs with college level strength and conditioning.  Georgia State is his first offer with SEC schools like Kentucky, South Carolina and Mississippi State showing interest.
