Georgia State Football Recruiting: Aaron Thomas Commits to Panthers

Georgia State Football grabbed their second verbal commitment of the 2012 cycle today and it came from the same site as the first Dothan High School in Dothan, AL.  OG Aaron Thomas gave the coaching staff his pledge according to Rivals.com Keith Niebuhr.

Thomas is a 6'3, 290lbs offensive lineman lined up at left tackle in 2010 for the Tigers but projects at left guard at the collegiate level.  He has very good bend and has very good strength in his lower body. Aaron is very agile for someone his size and has solid lateral quickness.  He finishes his blocks well and plays very low for someone his size.  Aaron also held an offer from South Alabama.

The Georgia State coaching staff is expected to take three players on the offensive line in this class.  Aaron joins outside linebacker Joseph Peterson, who made his commitment official in June, as the Panthers first two verbal pledges.
