Georgia State basketball released their entire schedule, including CAA conference games, for the 2011-12 season today. After a challenging non conference slate that includes including trips to Washington and home dates with rival Georgia Southern and Florida International (coached by NBA Hall of Famer Isiah Thomas), the Panthers will face 2010-11 NCAA Tournament Old Dominion and Virginia Commonwealth at home.
Georgia State is looking to snap a string of eight consecutive losing seasons and will lean heavily on six scholarship seniors this winter. The Panthers begin practice on October 15th.
