The Georgia State Panthers may have a game against the Air Force Academy Falcons in the 2014 season, reports Jeremy Fowler at CBS Sports. The game could potentially be played in the Georgia Dome. The game would be one of many fresh matchups for the Panthers, who join the Football Bowl Subdivision in 2014 and begin playing in the Sun Belt Conference in 2013.

Georgia State might be looking ahead to who they might play, but their current state doesn't suggest a team hunting for competition. The Panthers are 0-6 so far in 2012, losing by more than 20 points in each game. The program, which played its first game in 2010, is still a work in progress under head coach Bill Curry, who is 9-19 with the Panthers. However the Panthers perform in the FBS, it won't be up to Curry, who announced his intention to retire at the end of the season.
