The CAA wraps up their regular season on Saturday with a full slate of games, and even though there is one game left the conference tournament seedings are not set. Drexel has clinched the top spot since they beat both VCU and George Mason, which means that the No. 2 spot is up for grabs when VCU plays against George Mason on Saturday. The loser will be the No. 3 seed and the No. 4 seed will be Old Dominion regardless what happens in the season finale of games.
Georgia State is currently at the No. 6 spot for the CAA tournament and they finish up the season against William and Mary, and it should be a win for Georgia State since last time the two schools played the final score was 66-34 in favor of Georgia State. The six spot is the likely landing spot in the conference tournament for CAA since Delaware who is one game ahead beat Georgia State twice. Northeastern and Georgia State split the season series, so if Georgia State loses and Northeastern wins they will be in a tie for the six spot and the seeding will be determined by the conferences tie breaker rules.
