The Colonial Athletic Association is scheduled to announce its decision at 3 p.m. on the eligibility of Georgia State and Old Dominion in their lame duck seasons to come. Both institutions have elected to move on to the bigger and more visible Sun Belt Conference in 2013. That's going to be their transitional period, before they become bowl eligible in 2014.
