Oshay Carter Becomes Georgia State's Third Commitment For 2013 Class

Georgia State picked up another commitment for its 2013 class on Monday in 6-foot-4 quarterback Oshay Carter out of Jacksonville Florida. Carter picked the Panthers over schools such as Troy, Rice and Florida International.

"Georgia State was one of the better offers I had left, and I wanted to go ahead and make my decision now so I don't have to worry about it my senior year," Carter said. "I'll be visiting in August, and that's only two weeks away. I'm pretty sure I will like it. Atlanta is a nice city."

Carter is the third commitment for the Panthers and their 2013 class. He joins wide receiver Devonte Washington and wideout/defensive back BJ Clay as the others. Carter really wanted to play the quarterback position in college and that opportunity helped him select the Panthers.
