The Georgia State Panthers return to the gridiron on Saturday to face the Tennessee Volunteers. Georgia State will be looking to rebound from a 33-6 loss to South Carolina State in its season opener, while the Vols will try to improve to 2-0.
The Panthers will need a far better effort from their defense, and their pass defense specifically, to keep pace with the Volunteers. GSU allowed South Carolina State to throw for 300 yards on more than 10 yards per pass attempt, and the Volunteers have a powerful passing game with quarterback Tyler Bray and wide receivers Justin Hunter and Cordarrelle Patterson.
Game Date & Time: 4 p.m. ET Saturday
