ACC Football Standings 2012: Yellow Jackets stand at top of ACC Coastal Division

Florida State secured its spot on top of the ACC standings with a 21-15 win over the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets in the ACC Championship game on Saturday.

The Seminoles are 11-2 overall and finished 7-1 in the ACC. Clemson (10-2) also had a 7-1 record in the ACC's Atlantic Division.

Georgia Tech, North Carolina and Miami each finished with 5-3 record in the ACC in the Coastal Division. North Carolina finished with the best overall record (8-4), while Miami (7-5) and Georgia Tech (6-7) were a hair back.

Florida State jumped out to a 21-6 halftime lead Saturday, but the Yellow Jackets made a game out of it by scoring nine second-half points. The Seminoles did not score in the second half of the game.

The game was won on the ground. The Yellow Jackets entered the game with the third-best rushing attack in the country, but Florida State out-rushed Georgia Tech, 194-183.
