Georgia Tech's defense played its best game of the season last week at Virginia Tech. Many hoped they would be able to build off the success and have it carry over through the rest of the season.
So far, no such luck. Miami, led by true freshman Stephen Morris, drove 88 yards down the field in 8 plays and just under 4 minutes. The offensive line opened huge holes the entire time, and the two headed monster of Damien Berry and Lamar Miller found the seams and were hard to bring down. Miller finished the drive with 45 yards rushing, while Berry added 35 of his own.
The defense needs to get as much pressure as possible and try to rattle Morris into making some freshman mistakes.
