And we have a ballgame. Georgia Tech got the ball first to start the second half, and quickly drove down and scored. Kevin Cone completed the drive with a 22 yard touchdown reception, his first career score.
The Jackets came out throwing more short passes during the drive. Tevin completed 3 passes for 44 yards. The sophomore added 17 yards on the ground as well.
And before I could finish writing up the Tech touchdown, Miami scored on a 79 yard touchdown pass to Leonard Hankerson. The Miami receiver took a quick pass and ran right through the middle of the Georgia Tech defense for the long score.
Tech's defense had played well after the first two drives, so it will be interesting to see how they respond next Miami possession. The Jackets can't keep trading scores, and need to stop them soon.
