Duke Blue Devils Vs. Virginia Cavaliers Halftime Update: Duke Leads 24-21

In a surprisingly entertaining game, Duke is leading Virginia 24-21 at halftime. For the second straight week, Duke jumped out to a large lead, but have allowed a comeback. The Blue Devils had leads of 14-0 and 21-7 in the first quarter, but only lead by three at halftime.

Apparently Mike London is a Les Miles fan. Midway through the second quarter, the Cavs lined up for a 37 yard field goal, but London called the famous LSU fake field goal featuring the flip over the shoulder from the holder. Kicker Robert Randolph scampered in for the 20 yard touchdown.

Duke quarterback Sean Renfree was 5/10 in the first half for 88 yards and a touchdown, while his counterpart, Marc Verica, was 11/20 for 171 yards and a touchdown and interception.

Virgina has controlled the time of possession by keeping the ball on the ground. Two players, Keith Payne and Pery Jones, have already gone over 60 yards, and the Cavs racked up 152 yards rushing.
