The Georgia Tech women's basketball team will play its home games in Gwinnett this season due to the renovation of Alexander Memorial Coliseum. Tech opens their season on November 11 against Alabama State.
Two holiday tournaments highlight the non-conference slate as Tech travels to San Juan, Puerto Rico for the San Juan Shootout at the end of November to play Rutgers and Green Bay. Georgia Tech visits Athens to take on Georgia on December 4. The team heads out once again just before Christmas to the Bahamas, where it will take part in the Bahamas Sunshine Tournament.
Conference play begins on January 2, when Tech travels to Raleigh to take on NC State. Duke visits the Arena at Gwinnett on January 18 while North Carolina comes to town on February 12. The ACC Conference Tournament will begin on March 1 in Greensboro.
