Three-star Carrolton RB Broderick Snoddy, the state’s fastest 100-meter runner, will likely play A-back at Georgia Tech. His two other FBS offers were from Ole Miss and Middle Tennessee. His 4.4 speed will be an asset for the Yellow Jackets, but he runs a little tougher than you’d expect from a track star. He’s also an experienced option runner who also got offers from schools like Georgia Southern.
Chaz Cheeks is a three-star DE from Gainesville who projects as an OLB. He was the state’s No. 86 prospect, offered by Ole Miss and N.C. State. I’m told he appears in this video, but I’m not plowing through all eight minutes of it to find out:
Jeff Greene, a three-star WR from Starr’s Mill who shares the name of a U.S. Senator or something, is a six-foot-six tower of a receiver. Also offered by eight other schools including Mississippi State, he’s the only WR expected to join the 2011 Georgia Tech football class on national signing day or otherwise.
