After starting the season 3-0 in very impressive fashion, Paul Johnson and the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets have the opportunity to prove that their fast start wasn't just about who they played in the first three weeks of the season. North Carolina comes to Atlanta on Saturday and with it a chance to grab the first conference win of the year and a chance to showcase their solid ground game and improved passing attack.
North Carolina comes into Saturday's game with solid defensive numbers against the run however, they figure to get a substantial test from the Yellow Jackets. Carolina defensive coordinator Art Kaufman describes what he has seen from the Yellow Jackets thus far.
"I think there’s no question, they are as good as I’ve seen them in that offense. It’s as good as I’ve seen that offense run. I just think that the players, they understand what to do and how to do it and they’re talented within what they’re doing,"
