Longtime Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets offensive lineman commit Will Adams announced on National Signing Day that he'll play for the Auburn Tigers. The lifelong Georgia Bulldogs fan never got a whole lot of attention from the Dawgs until late in the process, after UGA had lost Chester Brown, but by then he'd narrowed it to two teams.
Auburn appeared late as well, showing up after Tech's offensive line coaching status became murky. His status has been all over the place for most of the past two weeks, with visits to Auburn reportedly being planned and unplanned.
A 6-foot-7 three-star out of Georgia Tech pipeline Sandy Creek, Adams is ranked one of the country's 100 best offensive tackles by recruiting services. He needs to bulk up before he'll be able to play in the SEC.
