Georgia Tech Vs. Wake Forest Final Score: Yellow Jackets Fall 59-50

Slow starts have plagued Georgia Tech throughout the season and Wednesday night's matchup with Wake Forest proved to be more of the same. The Yellow Jackets scored just 17 points in the first half and were unable to make up any ground in the second half losing 59-50 to the Demon Deacons.

Glen Rice Jr scored 12 points and grabbed nine rebounds to lead the Yellow Jackets. Brandon Reed and Daniel Miller each chipped in 11 points. Mfon Udofia added eight points and four assists.

The Yellow Jackets couldn't slow down Wake's Travis McKie who scored 23 points and grabbed 11 rebounds. Tony Chennault added 12 points while Nikita Mescheriakov added 11.

The Yellow Jackets drop to 9-16 on the season and 2-9 in the ACC. Wake Forest improves to 12-14 and 3-9 in conference play.
