Georgia Tech Vs. Clemson Halftime Score: Tigers Lead Ugly Affair 27-18

Clemson and Georgia Tech are challenging the very foundation of the shot clock era, as the Tigers lead the Yellow Jackets 27-18 after one half of play in Atlanta. With play resuming in the second half, Tech has shot 8-of-22 from field goal range and 2-of-8 from three point range. Both teams have combined to shoot 5-of-18 from beyond the arc.

The Tigers built their lead on a 10-2 run midway through the first half, assisted by four missed jumpers, two missed free throws and four turnovers (12 total in the half) by Tech. Clemson junior forward Milton Jennings leads all scorers with 13 points and three rebounds, while Tech's leading scorer is guard Brandon Reed, with eight points and two boards.
