Georgia Tech's offensive struggles were on full display in Thursday's 61-52 loss to N.C. State. The Yellow Jackets put on a less than stellar shooting display hitting on just 19-59 shots from the field while also going 1-17 from three-point range.
Kammeon Holsey led the Yellow Jackets with 18 points and eight rebounds on 5-11 shooting. Glen Rice Jr added 15 points while Daniel Miller added 11 points and 10 rebounds. Tech's starting backcourt struggled mightily with Brandon Reed finishing with six points on 1-7 shooting. Starting point guard Mfon Udofia was shut out in the game going 0-9 from the field.
C.J. Williams scored 15 points to lead the Wolfpack who improve to 18-7 on the season and 7-3 in the ACC. C.J. Leslie added a double-double with 13 points and 11 rebounds while Scott Wood and Lorenzo Brown finished with 10 points each.
Georgia Tech falls to 9-15 on the season and slips to 2-8 in ACC conference play.
