The semifinals for the 2012 ACC Tournament are set for Saturday afternoon. The top three seeds made their way to the semifinal round and the only underdog to advance is North Carolina State just got past the Virginia Cavaliers 67-64 to advance, and No. 1 seed North Carolina had no problems with the Maryland Terrapins as they won by 16.
Florida State defeated Miami by 11 points and will take on No. 2 seed Duke who had to fend off a late run by Virginia Tech to win 60-56.

No. 1 North Carolina Tar Heels vs. No. 5 N.C. State Wolfpack, 1 p.m. (ESPN)
No. 2 Duke Blue Devils vs. No. 3 Florida St. Seminoles, 3:30 p.m. (ESPN)
The semifinal winners will face off for the ACC title on Saturday at 1 p.m. on ESPN.
