The Florida State Seminoles didn't blink late and they advance to the ACC Tournament Final with a 62-59 upset win over Duke in the semifinals. The game wasn't without some excitement late. Luke Loucks hit a pull up jumper with 11 seconds remaining to put the Seminoles up 62-59 with just 11 seconds remaining.
After a time-out, Austin Rivers pushed the ball into the frontcourt and missed a tough leaning three-point attempt that was defended well by Florida State's Michael Snear. The rebound went out of bounds to Florida State. With just three seconds remaining, Florida State just needed to inbound the basketball to secure the victory. Snaer tried a long baseball pass to midcourt that was deflected and stolen by Duke's Seth Curry whose desperation attempt at the buzzer just missed.
Snaer scored 16 points to lead the Seminoles and Bernard James added 13. Okaro White and Luke Loucks added nine points each.
Austin Rivers led Duke with 17 points while Seth Curry added 13. Miles Plumlee finished with nine points and 11 rebounds.
