Duke Vs. Virginia Tech Final Score: Blue Devils Hold On For 60-56 Win

Duke advances to the semifinals of the 2012 ACC Tournament after earning a 60-56 win over Virginia Tech Friday night. The Blue Devils jumped out to an early lead but received a good fight from the Hokies who remained within striking distance the entire game. Duke will face either Florida State or Miami on Saturday.

Freshman Austin Rivers scored 17 points to lead Duke but was just 5-14 from the field. Tyler Thornton added 13 points while Mason Plumlee recorded a double-double with 12 points and 11 rebounds.

Erick Green and Robert Brown each scored 16 points for Virginia Tech who shot just 30 percent from the field in the game. No other Hokies player finished with more than Dorian Finney-Smith's seven points.
