Georgia Tech 2012 Spring Football Game: Synjyn Days Possibly Out For Scrimmage

Georgia Tech backup quarterback Synjyn Days was slated to receive the bulk of the snaps during Georgia Tech's spring football game Friday evening, but could miss the entire game with a wrist injury suffered in Wednesday's practice, according to the AJC.

That doesn't leave the Jackets wanting in the QB department, though - If Days misses the game, Tevin Washington, Vad Lee, early enrolee Dennis Andrews and walk-on transfer Tim Byerly could all see additional time. Days saw limited action as a redshirt freshman in 2011, rushing for 100 yards and scoring two touchdowns, but is expected to push Washington for the starting job come fall.

Guard Shaquille Mason could also miss the spring game (undisclosed injury), dropping the available number of linemen to ten total for both squads.
