Former Georgia Tech standout Iman Shumpert suffered a knee injury during Game 1 of the Knicks-Heat series and will miss the remainder of the playoffs.
New York's Iman Shumpert has suffered a torn ACL in his left knee, league source tells Y! Sports.

Shumpert suffered the injury midway through the third quarter while attempting a cross over dribble against Mario Chalmers. Shumpert's knee buckled and he collapsed to the floor.
It is a tough ending to what was an otherwise up and down rookie season for Shumpert with the Knicks. New York loses one of if not its best perimeter defender. Landry Fields will likely move back into the starting lineup for the Knicks while J.R. Smith and Tony Douglas could see an uptick in minutes from former Hawks coach Mike Woodson.
