Harrison Butker, The No. 1 Kicker In The State Of Georgia, Commits To Georgia Tech

The No. 1 kicker in the state of Georgia, Harrison Butker of Westminster, has decided to commit to the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets on Saturday. Butker was driving back to Atlanta from a recruiting trip in Lexington visiting the Kentucky Wildcats and made the decision to commit. Along with Kentucky, he was also considering Auburn and North Carolina. Butker is considered to be the state's best kicker.

"I just finished looking at all of my options. My parents and I were talking about Georgia Tech. That's where I want to be. I felt most comfortable with the coaches, I have the chance to be a four-year starter, and I felt most at home there. Georgia Tech just felt right there." -- Harrison Butker

Butker is the 8th signee to the 2013 Yellow Jackets class.Last year as a junior, Butker made 16 out of 17 field goals, with a long of 51 yards. Here is the updated list of Georgia Tech's recruits courtesy of the Atlanta Journal-Constitution:
