Georgia Tech Football Offseason: Entire 2012 Recruiting Class Expected To Qualify

Georgia Tech football coach Paul Johnson expects to have his entire 2012 recruiting class on campus by the time fall practice starts and doesn't anticipate having any academic issues.

The Yellow Jackets signed 17 players last February with Dennis Andrews enrolling early. Johnson expects 15 members of the class to be on campus by the time summer school starts on June 20. The lone exception being defensive tackle Adam Gotsis who is in Australia and is still being processed by the school.

"Yes, I think everybody is good to go with admissions," Johnson told the AJC. "We may have an issue with [Gotsis] because of all the paperwork with him being an international student. Georgia Tech normally doesn't allow foreign students to come in early. They usually come in when school starts, so we're working on that. [Gotsis] will be here when camp starts for sure. He just may not be here in summer school."
