Like his in-state counterpart, Georgia Tech head coach Paul Johnson indicated on Monday night that the Yellow Jackets will look into potential transfer candidates from Penn State.

"I haven't thought about it much because we just got back from the [ACC Media Days]. Georgia probably has more scholarships than we do. We probably have a few [four] but we don't have that many.

"We'll probably talk it [on Tuesday] as a staff."

The Bulldogs have much more flexibility in terms of roster space than the Yellow Jackets but Johnson and his staff aren't ruling adding a player just yet. Due to sanctions handed down by the NCAA, current Penn State players have been granted the ability to transfer without penalty and will be eligible to play after enrolling at a new school.
