There aren't many golfers in the 2011 PLAYERS Championship field who could make 2010 PGA Tour money leader Matt Kuchar look like a third wheel, but how about a returning Tiger Woods and world No. 2 Martin Kaymer? Yep, that pretty much does it. The Peach State's two biggest names are in eye-catching groups, with Bubba Watson joined by Wells Fargo Championship sudden death winner Luke Donald and Mark Wilson.
And how about this for coincidences: Kuchar and friends tee off at 8:08 am ET on the front nine, while Watson's gang begins the back nine at the same time.
Both local players are among the favorites to win the TPC Sawgrass tourney, with Kuchar's 33/1 odds bettered by only Woods, Donald and Phil Mickelson. Watson is close behind, at 40/1. Stewart Cink is a longer shot, given 66/1 odds.
