2012 Masters Update: Bubba Watson Wins Tournament On Second Playoff Hole

Bubba Watson's miracle shot on the second playoff hole of the 2012 Masters set the stage for a truly remarkable win over Louis Oosthuizen.

Watson took the honors on the second playoff hole but lost his tee shot deep into the woods at the No. 10. Oosthuizen only needing to hit the middle of the fairway inexplicably also lost his tee shot right but caught a break when it bounced out of the woods and into the rough.

Oosthuizen's approach shot came up short but appeared to be in good shape considering that Watson was buried deep in the woods and facing a difficult hook shot around the trees. Watson played the shot perfectly and the ball found the center of the green while Oosthuizen watched.

From there Oosthuizen pitched up the hill and then missed his birdie and par attempts leaving the door wide open for Watson who lagged his third shot and tapped in the par put to claim the championship.
