Players Championship 2012 Leaderboard: Three Tied For The Lead After Second Round

Zach Johnson, Matt Kuchar, and Kevin Na share the lead after the second round of The Players Championship. Going into the weekend the three men are each sitting at 8-under par.

Johnson had the low round of the day, shooting an impressive score of 66. Kuchar kept pace with a round of 68, while Na recorded a 69.

Tiger Woods briefly found himself in danger of missing his second straight cut before going on a run late in his round, at one point converting birdies on four straight holes. Woods finished with a 68 for the day and is currently at 2-under par for the tournament.

Unfortunately for Rory Mcllroy, he will not have the opportunity to compete this weekend. The world's No. 1-ranked player shot a 76, continuing his career long woes at the Players. He has now failed to make the cut all three times he has played the TPC Sawgrass.
