The Olympic Club is set to do its final damage to the psyche of golfers attempting to win the 2012 U.S. Open Championship. Jim Furyk and Graeme McDowell are tied at the top of the leaderboard at 1-under entering Sunday's round. The lead pairing won't tee off until later in the afternoon, but there are a few players still within striking distance.
Fredrik Jacobson sits third on the leaderboard at 1-over for the tournament. Ernie Els, Nicolas Colsaerts, Blake Adams and Lee Westwood are all right behind at 2-over and tee off shortly just before 6:00 pm Eastern.
Saturday's leader Tiger Woods was on top of the leaderboard entering the third round, but a five-over 75 now has Woods at 4-over and tied for 14th place. Tiger's red shirt will need to hone in all its superpowers on Sunday for Woods to make one final push for a major championship win.
