After missing the cut at the Memorial this weekend, Bubba Watson and his family were involved in a car chase of sorts involving an apparent stalker.
"A car chased me," Watson said after shooting a 74 and missing the cut Friday. "Angie was driving. She had to pull over. I switched to driving so I could drive through someone's yard if I had to. But we had to drive away from our house, the house we rented. We drove for 37 minutes."
Watson called his caddie during the episode who then sat out looking for Watson. The story gets fuzzy from there where Watson says that "they kept driving around and they finally gave up". Certainly a scary situation for anyone especially given that Watson had his wife and new baby with him. Luckily all it turned out to be was a scary tail as everyone in this instance turned out ok.
