NBA schedule 2012: Hawks face Rockets, Hornets on the road

The Atlanta Hawks (19-9), just one game back in the Southeast Division and entire Eastern Conference, finish off 2012 on the road against the Houston Rockets before welcoming in 2013 against the New Orleans Hornets. The Hawks are 8-4 on the road this season.

Atlanta has won four games in a row and five of their last seven. During the current win streak, the Hawks are averaging 107.3 points per game and shooting 49.8 percent from the field.

Facing the Rockets, Atlanta will be shooting for just its third win in Houston in 21 years. New starter Lou Williams will look to stay hot. Since being inserted in the Atlanta starting lineup four games ago, Williams is averaging 17.8 ppg and 6.5 apg.
