Lewis Preston To Be Introduced As Kennesaw State Basketball Coach At April 26 Press Conference

A press conference to introduce Lewis Preston as the new head coach of Kennesaw St. Owls basketball has been scheduled for April 26 at 11 am ET. It’s set to be held at the Convocation Center on KSU campus. Also, Vaughn Williams’ second order of business really should be to come up with a better name for the school’s basketball arena than “the Convocation Center.”

It’s billed as a public event also, with students and fans invited to attend and a question-and-answer session scheduled to follow the press conference itself.

Preston will take over for Tony Ingle, who was let go earlier this offseason after guiding the school from Division II to the Atlantic Sun. Preston has experience working on the staffs of Penn State, Florida and Notre Dame, playing his college basketball at VMI.
