Nearly 100 laps are complete in today's FedEx 400 and only one driver has led thus far under green flag conditions: Jimmie Johnson.
A trio of Fords lurk behind Johnson's No. 48 Chevrolet. A.J. Allmendinger and his Richard Petty Motorsports teammate Marcos Ambrose run second and fourth, with yesterday's Nationwide Series winner Carl Edwards running between them.
Kevin Harvick's Chevrolet rounds out the top-five. The top-10 positions are filled out by Dale Earnhardt Jr., Matt Kenseth, Brad Keselowski, Martin Truex Jr., and Mark Martin.
Unadilla's David Ragan runs 11th, continuing his recent stretch of solid performances.
Among the drivers expected to contend today that are struggling are Jeff Gordon and Tony Stewart, both of whom run outside the top-20. Clint Bowyer, who was uninjured in a horrific-looking crash at the end of yesterday's race, currently runs 25th.
Greg Biffle, who ran in the top-10 early, had a issue with his throttle pedal before the competition caution at lap 40 and currently runs a lap down, as does Joey Logano who spun to draw the race's first caution.
