NFL odds Week 12: Falcons vs. Buccaneers

The Atlanta Falcons are 9-1 following a loss and a win where they turned the ball over six times. Tampa Bay has won four straight, but the Falcons are still narrow favorites in the Week 12 contest.

The Atlanta Falcons face the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Week 12, and despite recent struggles the 9-1 Falcons are 1.5-point favorites in the contest. The 6-4 Bucs have won their last four games and are carrying a ton of momentum, but the Falcons have experience and a defensive edge. Atlanta is 6-4 against the spread this season, while Tampa Bay is 8-2.

The game's total is set at 50 points, a mark Atlanta has exceeded in four of their 10 games this season. Tampa Bay and their opponent have combined for at least 50 in four contests as well, but they have done so in two of their last three games. The Falcons have come in under the total six times this season, while Tampa Bay has done so only three times.

The Falcons are scoring an average of 27 points per game and giving up an average of 19.3. The Bucs are a bit better on offense, averaging 28.7 ppg, but they are a bit worse on defense, yielding 23 ppg.
